At PM SHRI KV MEG, Community participation comprising of parents, guardians, alumni, neighbourhood institutions, etc. is ensured to accomplish the following goals:
To improve the quality of teaching-learning by bridging the gap between theory and practice through community engagement. Involving parents and the ones with whom the children directly come in contact, for encouragement and support in the teaching-learning process combined with technology to produce the desired results.
Promoting deeper interactions between higher educational institutions and local communities for identification and solution for real-life problems. Students are provided with opportunities to visit various famous institutions and organisations to develop 21st century skills, acquire knowledge, and work on their expertise.
Facilitating partnerships between local communities and institutions of higher education so that students and teachers can learn from local knowledge and wisdom. This would lead to exchange of knowledge, and in turn enhance their skills.
